Foods

All foods are not created equal. If you want a healthier, leaner body, but still want to eat delicious food, you need to think about the foods you choose to eat.

 

Introduce new foods into your diet. A few I have added in the last year:

 

~Quinoa (thanks Nancy!)

~Baby Spinach (I love Olivia's Baby Spinach...it's just different)

~Baby Kale

 

I have slowly pushed some other foods off my plate:

 

~Red Meat

~Sliced Bread and Bagels

 

I still eat these foods, but only occasionally.
