My Philosophy

Delicious food that's good for you.

 

I wanted to eat healthy. But I knew I wouldn't eat foods that I didn't truly enjoy. So I set out on a journey to find and make foods that were delicious but were also good for me.

 

Where do my recipies come from?

The news media (kudos to the New York Times Recipes for Health column), my friends (Nancy Wind is amazing), and to experimenting in the kitchen.
